Quest Bendigo provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website. All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.
Guests are required to pay the full amount at time of booking & a valid credit card pre-authorisation is required on checkin. If no credit cards are available, a cash payment for the full accommodation plus a $200.00 bond is required at check-in.
Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the booked arrival date. The first night's accommodation cost will be charged to the credit card provided for late cancellation.
- Special event and peak period cancellation policy requires full prepayment 1 month in advance of the booking with no refund applicable for bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival.

- With consideration for all of our guests, Quest Bendigo administers a strict NO PARTY POLICY. Extra visitors are not permitted in the apartments. A one bedroom apartment has a maximum of two guests, a two bedroom apartment has a maximum of four guests and a three bedroom apartment has a maximum of six guests. Apartments with an extra bed booked can have one additional guest. Upon request to reception, an extra two visitors to the apartment are permitted until 9.00pm only. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and eviction from the property without refund.
